Gibson Lofts
(637 Walnut Street)

Winner of Cincinnati Preservation Association's 2003 Preservation Award

- This project involved the conversion of two 1870s commercial buildings into eight custom condominiums and two commercial spaces. The project was sold out by October 2002, and construction was completed in late summer 2003. Each unit was fully custom built with innovative floor plans and personalized finishes. Price points ranged from $199,500 to $630,000.

Situated in Cincinnati's downtown Backstage District, the Gibson Lofts stands directly across the street from the Aronoff Center for the Arts and in the same block as the new Contemporary Arts Center, making it the ideal location for arts enthusiasts.

The Lofts on Fifth Street

The Lofts on Fifth Street is on the northwest side of the West Fourth Street Historic District, one of downtown Cincinnati's most vibrant neighborhoods, with a mix of professional, retail, dining, and entertainment venues.

Williamson Lofts
(335 West Fifth Street)
- Offering 26 condominiums with 5 diverse floor plans, the Williamson Lofts anchors the northwest edge of the West Fourth Street Historic District in downtown Cincinnati. Built in 1891, this building served as a heating and air
conditioning factory before its conversion to printing                                  shops in the late 1930s. Our rehabilitation project, completed in June 2001, sensitively added entirely new electrical, heating, and air conditioning systems while preserving important aspects of the historic architecture, including huge windows, open floor plans, and high ceilings with exposed beams.  Amenities include same-floor laundry centers, secured entrances, private parking, spacious bathrooms, fully equipped kitchens, and ample storage.
